What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

What is your Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that our fulfillment team has received your order. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Deliveries are made within 3-5 business days through our third-party logistics partner.
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies exclusively to regular-priced products. Items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent. Returned items must be unopened, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?
At Ash & Co, all prices displayed for ladies goods and services are inclusive of GST.
How do I reschedule my appointment?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, NETS, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, PayNow, ShopBack PayLater, and Atome.
What are your purchase terms?
All products, packages, and services sold are non-refundable.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, to minimize wait time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. If you need assistance with booking, feel free to WhatsApp us at +65 89574912.
Are your hair services safe for pregnant women?
We have had many expecting mothers in their second trimester enjoy services such as hair coloring, treatments, nails, and scalp services. If you have any concerns, it’s best to consult your gynecologist before proceeding.
Are your hair colors Wudhu-friendly?
Yes, our hair colors are water-permeable and made with plant-based ingredients.
Does your full head color include bleaching?
Full head color does not include bleaching. However, you can add bleaching for an additional $40-$60.
Can I achieve ash blonde or ombre colors with the full head color service?
Ash blonde and ombre colors fall under Creative Colors, which require bleaching (also known as pre-lightening). This service takes approximately 4 hours. The full head color service does not include bleaching or any Creative Color techniques.
How can I determine if a certain look falls under Creative Color or Full Head Color?
We recommend gathering a few reference images. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us or send a direct message on our Instagram for clarification.
NAILS FAQ
Is your nail polish water-permeable?
Yes, our nail polish is certified water-permeable, halal, and vegan.
Do you offer nail extensions?
At the moment, we do not offer nail extensions, but we will keep you informed if this service becomes available in the future.
How long do your manicures or pedicures last?
With proper home care, your manicure or pedicure should last up to 3 weeks.
Can I book a mani-pedi for 3 people at once?
We have a limited number of manicurists at each outlet. The third guest can have their nails done once the second guest’s service is complete.
